Capacity Buildings Ltd (CBL) joins around twenty local organisations supporting our communities and residents through the Crisis Resilience Fund (CRF).
CRF is delivered through North East Lincolnshire Council but local organisations act as referral points and provide services in their own right.
CBL is providing digital support to residents in Almshouses across North East Lincolnshire.
